Information: As any appropriate introduction goes, my name is Kendall Beckwith and I am from Eagle River, Alaska. I have just purchased the Eagle River, Alaska Computer Medics Franchise. I have watched Computer Medics of America grow up from the very first franchise to now 86 Franchises nationwide, including one in South Africa. The growth is just amazing. Over time I've observed the expertise of skills dealing with business management, computer repair, and customer service. I have recently been going through my training in Alaska with the founder/president, John Francis, of the company. John continues to manage a branch in Wasilla/Palmer area of Alaska as well as managing the sale of franchises, yearly owner conferences and training for all new franchise owners.


I have 5 years of experience in telecommunications field tech support. From this experience I have learned how to repair phone, internet, and cable problems for residential and small business owners. I've also worked as a customer service representative in some local retail branches. I hope my friendly attitude and hard work ethic will drive me to not only gain new customers, but to develop interpersonal relationships with them. I hope that every one of my customers will learn to trust that I will do whatever I can to get the job done right.
