Hello! My name is Elizabeth Dougan, but my friends call me "Liz." If you're wondering who answered the phone when you called to make an appointment with Computer Medics of Eagle River, chances are it was me!
I grew up in Eagle River and graduated from Chugiak High School in 2005. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2008 and have worked in Children and Family Services agencies around Anchorage since. I loved helping others overcome challenges in their lives, but I decided it was time to help out in a new way in March 2011. I began working with Kendall Beckwith on co-managing Computer Medics of Eagle River. While Kendall is the lead technician and handles the repair side of the business, I'm more behind the scenes and manage the scheduling, marketing, and financial side of the business.
It has been an exciting change in both of our lives and we look forward to assisting our community by, not only repairing computer related problems, but also by educating community members on ways to prevent computer related problems before they occur. We take every concerned and distressed call to heart and work together to ensure we resolve any and all issues a client may have.
Upon taking over Computer Medics of Eagle River we created a "Customer Satisfaction Survey." As our past customers may know, we ask all of our customers to fill out a satisfaction card upon completion of our services. Any information given is reviewed and used for our personal knowledge bank in an effort to discover areas in which to improve based upon customer feedback. We aim to provide customers with the best computer support in the area and wouldn't be as successful as we've become without the integrity of our customers.
So if somewhere down the road your computer pops up with some mysterious error or you get the unwelcoming feeling that you may have a virus, give us a call. We hope you'll feel comfortable with the fact that our goal is, and always will be, to provide you with fast and reliable service so you have one less thing to worry about. |
